【摘要】 纵观中国乃至世界的发展 ,可以得出这样一个结论 :社会进步必须以人类精神文明作为强有力的支撑 ,精神文明是国家富强、民族振兴、社会进步的重要标志 ,精神文明建设必须以公民道德素质的不断提高为基石。党中央颁布《公民道德建设实施纲要》正是对我国精神文明建设内容的必要充实 ,是固“基石”之举 ,厚“底蕴”之方。我们要融学习贯彻《纲要》于社会主义道德建设 ,继承和弘扬中华文明以及建构世界伦理道德之中 ;确立齐抓共管思想 ,融学习贯彻《纲要》于精神文明共建活动之中 ,在全社会形成“大战场与主战场呼应 ,主渠道与多渠道合流”的公民道德建设新局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking a general view of the development of China and the world,we can come to the conclusion that:social progress must be strongly supported by human spiritual civilization;spiritual civilization is an important mark of a country’s prosperity and power,national rejuvenation and social progress;the construction of spiritual civilization should be based on the continual improvement of citizen’s moral quality. Enforcement Outline of Citizen’s Moral Construction issued by CPC is just an enrichment of the content of the construction of our spiritual civilization.We should combine studing and carrying out Outline with socialist moral construction,inheriting and developing Chinese civilization and building world ethics.We must establish the ideology of joint administration and combine studying and carrying out Outline with the co-construction of spiritual civilization so that a new situation of citizen’s moral construction can be formed in the whole society.更多还原
