温敏型雄性不育亚麻的研究

【摘要】 通过在自然条件下对亚麻雄性不育材料的特征特性和不育性表现的研究表明 ,该不育材料农艺性状优良 ,雄性不育特征明显。温度对不育性有重要影响 ,一定温度范围内 ,高温能使育性提高 ,结果率和结实率增加 ,低温使育性下降 ,结果率和结实率下降 ,同时还发现不同材料对温度的敏感程度不同 ,通过对杂交后代育性分离的分析 ,表明几个材料的不育性均受隐性核基因控制 ,可见该不育属温 (光 )敏型雄性不育 ,其发现和研究将为亚麻杂种优势利用开辟新的途径

【Abstract】 Characteristic and sterility of several new male-sterile materials of flax were studied in the natural conditions, the results showed that these materials are new male-sterility with excellent agronomic and sterility expression are influenced greatly by temperature; higher temperature induced fertile, lower temperature induced sterile, but sensitivity of different lines to temperature is obviously different. Male-sterile lines were crossed with 30 varieties/lines, the flowers on F 1 of hybridized combinations were normal and entirely fertility; The plants of M 2 expressed fertility segregation, self-cross offsprings were 100% sterile plants, so male sterility could be controlled by recessive gene. All results indicated that the male-streile lines can be maintained and propagated easily by using the conversion of male fertility based on its sensitive and thermo-sensitivity. This discovery of stable genetic male-sterile materials in the flax has paved the way for utilizing of tow-line system heterosis for genetic enchancement of yield of this crop.
