【摘要】 以特异同源三倍体水稻材料 SAR- 3中 15个株系为研究材料 ,对同源三倍体减数分裂中染色体行为 ,特别是染色体分离方式进行了研究。结果表明 :同源三倍体 SAR- 3花粉母细胞减数分裂中期 染色体形成单价体、二价体和三价体 ;后期 染色体分离遵守随机分配规律 ,但有一定比例整倍性二分体出现 ;后期 、后期 染色体落后是形成单倍性配子的主要原因更多还原

【Abstract】 lines of special autotriploid rice SAR 3 were employed to investigate the chromosome behavior during meiosis, especially the chromosome segregation pattern. The results showed that the univalent, bivalent and trivalent were observed at metaphase Ⅰ, but the chromosome segregation was random at anaphase Ⅰ. The haploid gametes were formed when some chromosomes lagged at anaphase Ⅰ and anaphase Ⅱ.更多还原
