谷子(粟)生育过程中POX同工酶的分析

【摘要】 选用小黑谷和晋汾 34两个品种 ,分析了谷子不同器官和不同生育阶段 POX同工酶的变化。结果证明 ,谷子不同器官共有酶带 14条 ,按 Rf值由负极到正极可分为 4个酶区。根、茎、叶、鞘和穗 ,以穗的酶带最多 ,酶活性最强 ,以茎的酶带最少 ,叶鞘的酶活性最弱。不同生育阶段酶活性的变化 ,以幼苗阶段最低 ,拔节以后特别是从孕穗开始猛增 ,到抽穗时期达到高峰。其中 ,主要是 Px1 酶区的酶带由弱变强。抽穗过后酶活性又逐渐降低 ,主要表现为 Px4 酶区的酶带由强变弱

【Abstract】 In present study the changeable of millet peroxidase isoenzyme on different organs and grower development period with both Xiao heigu and Jin fen No.34 were analysed. The result showed that there were 14 band in different organs. In accordance with Rf value it could divide 4 enzyme region from negative extreme to positive extreme. In the root, stem, leaf, sheath and head, the enzyme band of head was the most, and POX activity was the highest, the enzyme band of stem was the least and POX activity of sheath was the most weakest. For different growed development period the POX activity of shoots was lower. After jointing it increased and in ear bearing stage it increased more quickly, in heading stage it reached the highest. It was obvious that the enzyme band of P x1 region from weak became strong. After heading period the POX activity became lower, because the enzyme band of P x4 region became weak.
