禾谷镰刀菌引起玉米青枯病的抗性基因遗传分析
Genetic Analysis of Gene Resistant to Pathogen Fusarium gramincarum in Maize
【摘要】 对两亲本、杂种 F1 与 F2 群体进行单一致病菌 (禾谷镰刀菌 )的单株接种鉴定 ,统计了抗病、感病植株的分离情况 ,并在分子水平上对 F2 群体做了初步分析。结果表明 :用单一致病菌 (禾谷镰刀菌 )接种也能引起玉米青枯病 ,其抗性基因是显性单基因。进而推测抗不同致病菌引起的玉米青枯病的抗性基因可能在染色体的不同位点上
【Abstract】 Resistance of 2 parents, F 1 population and F 2 population were identified and investigated after these plants were inoculated by only one pathogen Fusarium gramincarum. The segregation of resistant plants and susceptible plants in F 2 population was analyzed statistically. Results show that only Fusarium gramincarum can also make maize stalk rotten, and that resistance to the Fusarium gramincarum was controlled by one dominant gene. It suggested that the resistant genes for different pathogens, such as Fusarium gramincarum and Pythium inflatum mattews, may be located in different sites on maize genome.
