抗锈小麦新品系与感病品种甘麦8号的水杨酸含量和相关酶类活性的变化
Change in SA Content and Relative Enzymes Activities in Two Wheat Varieties Differing in Rust-resistance after the Inoculation of Puccinia striiformis f.sp. tritici
【摘要】 抗锈小麦新品系 8914 4接种锈菌后 SA含量升高 ,同时 CAT活性降低 ,H2 O2 含量升高 ,SOD活性升高 ,在不抗锈品种甘麦 8号接种锈菌后 SA含量也有升高 ,但并不伴随有 CAT活性下降和 SOD活性升高以及 H2 O2 含量的升高。推测 SA为 CAT过氧化活性提供一个电子的过程中 SA的量必须达到一定的阈值 ,并且与 CAT的时序调节相配合。据 SA结合态和游离态含量的变化动态 ,推测 SA信号传导途径的上游应该还有一些机制在起作用 ,同时 8914 4具有 SA信号传导途径
【Abstract】 Changes in SA content and relative enzymes activities were investigated after the inoculation of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici. in leaves of two spring wheat ( Triticum aestivum) varieties that differ in rust resistance: 89144(rust resistant) and Ganmai 8(rust sensitive). In 89144, the increase in SA content was accompanied with the decrease in CAT activity and increase in H 2O 2 content and SOD activity. While in Ganmai 8, the increase in SA content was not accompanied with the above changes observed in 89144. It was deduced that only when the content SA reached a certain level, could it give e - to CAT and coordinate with the regulation of CAT. According to the dynamic changes of the content of free and combine SA, it was concluded that other regulation mechanisms might be existed in the upstream of the signaling transduction pathway and SA signaling transduction pathway might be employed in 89144.
