硼对小麦生殖器官形态及解剖结构的影响

【摘要】 用溶液培养方法研究硼对小麦生殖器官形态及解剖结构的影响。结果表明 :(1)缺硼严重影响小麦穗的分化 ,在一定施硼范围内 ,总小穗数和有效小穗数随硼施用量增加而增多 ;(2 )缺硼严重影响小麦雄蕊发育。无硼 (B0 处理 )条件下 ,少数雄蕊不发育 ,多数虽发育 ,但体积极小 ,造孢细胞有丝分裂阶段出现异常 ,细胞内有多核现象 ,减数分裂后 ,花粉囊与绒毡层均畸形 ,内容物空虚 ,花粉母细胞开始融合 ,开花时几乎无花粉粒。严重缺硼处理 (B0 .3)有的花药畸形 ,瘦小萎缩 ,花粉败育多数停留在小孢子阶段 ;(3)缺硼对雌蕊发育的影响有待进一步研究

【Abstract】 The experiments were conducted with solution culture to study the influence of boron on the morphology and anatomical structure of reproductive organ in wheat. The result showed, (1) The application of boron greatly affected the spike differentiation. In a certain range, total and available spikelets increased with the increasing rate of boron supply. (2) Boron deficiency seriously influenced the stamen development. Under the condition of boron free, a little amount of anthers could not develop, most developed whose sizes were very small showing abnormal appearance as early as mitosis of sporogeneous cells, observing polynuclei in cells. After meiosis, pollen sac and tapetum deforms, and pollen mother cells merge, so there is almost no pollen grain at flowering. In treatment (B 0.3 ) some anthers deformed and shrank, caused microspores do not continue to develop. (3) Boron deficiency affected the pistil development of wheat would remain to study in the future.
