【Abstract】 The content of echinacoside in Cistanchis glycosides capsule was determined by RP-HPLC. The analysis was carried out with C 18 ODS column by gradiente lution using the mixture of acetonitrile and 1.5% acetic acid as the mobile phase. The content of acetonitrile was from 11.5% to 20% within 25 min. The detection wavelength was at 335 nm. The linear concentration was the range of 0.5～2.5 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 99.85%(RSD=1.60%)更多还原
