【摘要】 目的 调查大连市沿海渔民HIV感染状况及影响艾滋病感染的相关危险因素,为制定此人群的艾滋病干预政策提供依据。方法 一次性集中采血调查,连续两年对渔民人群进行非关联监测。结果 在目标人群中共发现7例HIV感染者、1例病人,另有1例HIV感染者为渔民配偶。以上9例HIV/AIDS者占大连市历年发现的HIV/AIDS者总和的 23.68％,占本项目实施期间大连市发现的 HIV/AIDS者总和的 42.86％。结论 渔民已成为艾滋病高危人群,HIV有可能在此人群中传播扩散,应立即对渔民及其相关人群开展艾滋病高危行为干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the HIV infection of fisherman in coastal areas of Dalian, in order to provide the evidence for formulate intervention Strategies. Methods Un - association surveillance was conducted in succassive two years and blood samples were collected at the end. Results 8 HIV positives were confirmed in target population (7 HIV ifectors, 1 AIDS patient), and anather infector comfirmed was a fisherman’s spouse, accounting for 23.68% of accumulative HIV infectors as yet in Dalian and 47.6% of HIV infectors comfirmed during the program being implemented. Conclusion Fishermen have been the high - risk population for AIDS. HIV is spreading in the fishermen and releted population. It is necessary to conduct the AIDS behavioral intervention to this high - risk population immediately.更多还原
