【Abstract】 In the view of the features of precision injection molding machine, the barrel temperature affects directly the quality of products. The system of closed loop control based on single chip microcomputer is used to control the barrel temperature in the injection molding. Improved PID algorithm and PWM (pulse width modulation) theory is adopted to control this parameter through the SSR (solid state relay). The actual performance of the system showed the control is unsatisfactory.更多还原
