精密注塑机料筒温度的闭环控制
THE CLOSED-LOOP CONTROL OF BARREL TEMPERATURE OF PRECISION INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
【摘要】 精密注塑机料筒的加热及温度控制效果直接影响到注塑制品的质量 ,以 89C51单片机为控制器 ,采用改进型 PID算法和脉宽调制 ( PWM)方法以及固态继电器实现了注塑机料筒温度的闭环控制 ,获得较高的控制精度
【Abstract】 In the view of the features of precision injection molding machine, the barrel temperature affects directly the quality of products. The system of closed loop control based on single chip microcomputer is used to control the barrel temperature in the injection molding. Improved PID algorithm and PWM (pulse width modulation) theory is adopted to control this parameter through the SSR (solid state relay). The actual performance of the system showed the control is unsatisfactory.
