自制转子故障诊断系统在纸机烘缸转动系统中的应用
THE APPLICATION AND STUDY OF A ROTOR FAULT DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM OF SELF-MANUFACTURE IN THE DRY JAR RUNNING SYSTEM OF PAPER MACHINE
【摘要】 采用陕西科技大学造纸工程学院自制的转子故障诊断系统在生产现场采集、传送了 1 760纸机烘缸转子的振动信号 ,进而利用特征距离值及双因子相关分析法对振动信号进行了特征值分析 ,找出了转子是否正常工作的特征值判据 ,为造纸工厂纸机在线故障监测与诊断提供了一种新的可行方法
【Abstract】 We use a rotor fault diagnosis system of self manufacture from school of paper making engineering of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology to collect, carry and analyze the libration signals of the 1760 paper machine at locale, forward utilize three dimension chart and tow factor coherent to analyze the eigenvalues to judge whether the bearings in gear job, and provide a new approve method of fault inspect and diagnosis online for paper mill.
