猪生长激素基因ApaⅠ酶切位点多态性分析
Analysis of ApaⅠ polymorphisms in porcine growth hormone gene
【摘要】 利用 PCR- RFL P技术 ,分析了大约克猪和长白猪 GH基因的 Apa 酶切位点多态性。结果表明 ,在p GH基因序列中共检测到 5种基因型和 4种等位基因 ;基因型频率和等位基因频率在 2个猪种间分布差异不显著。
【Abstract】 Apa Ⅰ polymorphism of pGH gene’s sequence was analyzed by PCR RFLP in Yorkshire and Landrace.The results showed that there were 5 genotypes and 4 alleles.The difference of Genotype frequencies and allele frequencies was not significant in the two porcine breeds.
