【摘要】 现阶段我国核桃与美国核桃在产量、质量、出口量等方面均存在较大差距。其根本原因在于我国核桃良种率低 ,经营规模小而分散 ,管理粗放 ,加工处理技术落后 ,生产、加工、销售严重脱节。因此 ,应充分发挥自然资源优势 ,重点建立高标准的优质核桃生产基地 ,进行老园改造 ,开发我国的名、特、优品牌 ;积极引进消化国外先进技术和经营管理经验 ,加大投资力度 ,加强科学研究 ,改善生产设施 ,提高经营者素质 ;扶持培育龙头企业 ,参与市场竞争 ,实施产业化开发 ;发挥区位优势 ,开拓国内外市场更多还原

【Abstract】 There are obvious gaps between China and the United States in yield,quality and export amount of walnut at present.The low rate of good varieties,small scale and decentralized operation,extensive management,outdated processing techniques,detachment of production,processing and sales are the main reasons,so the development strategies are:To take advantage of Chinas natural resources,focus on building some good quality walnut bases,improve the old walnut orchard,develop famous,special and good brands in China;To take effort to introduce advanced foreign techniques and management systems;To input more funds,strengthen research and improve production facilities and quality of management personnel;To foster key enterprise so as to compete in the market,realize the industrialization of walnut,tap the potential of location,expand the market at home and abroad etc.更多还原
