【摘要】 应用中心产区典型群简单随机抽样法 ,检测控制血液酶和其他蛋白质变异的 14个结构基因座上31个等位基因的频率 ,并引用国内外 2 2个绵羊群体 11个座位的研究资料 ,以探讨湖羊的起源及系统地位。研究表明 ,湖羊与蒙古利亚的绵羊群体亲缘关系相对较近 ,两者可能在更早的世代具有共同的起源。这个结果与已知的历史事实吻合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Applying simple random sampling in typical colony method in the central area of habitat,14 structual loci and 31 alleles in blood enzyme and other protein variations of Hu Sheep population are examined.By collecting the same data of 11 loci about 22 sheep colonies in China and other populations,the origin and phylogeny status are investigated.The study proves that the phylogenetic relationship between Hu Sheep population and Mongolia populations is relatively closer.The result obtained is shown to conform to the historical data.更多还原
