盐胁迫对枸杞光合作用的气孔与非气孔限制

【摘要】 Na Cl胁迫后 ,枸杞叶片的 Pn、gs、Tr随盐浓度的增加呈现下降趋势。在 0 .0 8%~ 0 .6 %的 Na Cl胁迫范围内 ,枸杞叶片的 Ci降低 ,Ls升高 ,gs下降主要受气孔限制 ,这可能由于盐刺激根系产生的某些物理或化学信号运输到地上部所致 ;而在盐分浓度大于 0 .6 %的胁迫条件下 ,枸杞叶片的 Ci则升高 ,Ls降低 ,gs下降的原因是由于 Na+、Cl-的大量积累对光合酶产生直接的毒害作用 ,从而使非气孔限制因素成为主要限制因子。

【Abstract】 With the increasing of NaCl concentration, the Pn, gs, Tr of wolf berry was decreased respectively after treated. When the concentration of NaCl was less than 0.6%, the Ci of wolf berry leaf was decreased, while Ls increased. The main cause of gs decreasing was that some physical and chemical signal from root inducted by salt decreased the stomatal conductance of wolf berry. On the contrary, when the concentration of NaCl was more than 0.6%, the Ci was increased, Ls decreased yet. The main cause was that photosynthetic enzyme was damaged by surplus Na +?Cl - accumulated in the wolf berry leaf; therefore, the non-stomatel limitation became the main factor.
