【Abstract】 A new method of the pelleted seed-bud is applied in the treatment of tobacco seed in this research. In the pelleted seed-bud technique, tobacco seeds are budded using a combined physical and chemical treatment. Then the budded seeds are coated and pelleted. Comparing experiments showed that the pelleted and coated seed-bud improved the rate of seedling emergence, quality of seedling, and shorten the time of seedling emergence. The plants from pelleted seed-bud showed stronger disease-resistance, higher quality yield and output value than traditional pelleted seeds.更多还原
