【摘要】 目的观察黄独两种不同提取物治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效及副作用差异。方法治疗组采用有机溶剂提取物 ,对照组采用传统水提物 ,每日1次 ,疗程1个月。结果治疗组总有效率为56.7% ,对照组为16.1% ,具有显著性差异 (P<0.05) ;治疗组不良反应发生率为1.7 % ,对照组为32.2% ,具有极显著性差异 (P<0.01)。结论黄独采用有机溶剂提取比传统水提法治疗恶性肿瘤有效率高 ,副作用少更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effects and its side-effects of different extracts of Huangdu in the treatment of malignant tumour. Methods The experimental group was treated with organic solvent extracts of Huangdu and the controls were treated with traditional water extracts. The course of treatment of the patient lasted for a month. Results The result showed that the total curative rate of the experimental group and the controls were 56.7% and 16.1%respectively.There was a gignificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The rates of side effect of the experimental group and the controls were 1.7% and 32.2% respectively.There was a great significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion The curative effect of organic solvent extract of Huangdu is superior to that of traditional water extract in the treatment of maliguant tumour and its side-effects are slight.更多还原
