【摘要】 目的　探讨嗜铬细胞瘤切除术的麻醉处理。方法　对 8例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术的麻醉处理进行回顾性总结。结果　 2例患者术中血流动力学波动明显 ,其余 6例较平稳 ,8例均痊愈出院。结论　充分的术前准备 ,适当的麻醉选择和必要的有创监测可提高患者的安全性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the anesthesia management of pheochromocytoma.Mathods The anesthesia data of 8 patients underwent surgical excision of pheochromocytomay were reviewed.Results During operations,2 cases′ hemodynamics were fluctuated obviously,the others′ were more stable.8 patients were cured.Conclusion Making preparation fully before surgery,selecting appropriately anesthesia management and necessary monitors can improve the security of the patients.更多还原
