层间加胶膜层压板的层间应力与孔边应力分析

【摘要】 采用建立在边界层理论基础上的复合材料层压板孔边层间应力分析方法,计算了层间加胶膜层压板的孔边应力,还来用三维有限元方法分析层间加胶膜层压板的层间应力边缘效应。结果表明,层间胶膜的加入可以使层压板边缘和孔边的层问应力明显下降。

【Abstract】 Abstract: It is well known that interlaminar toughness helps to guard against failure of primary composites structure of aircraft. Much experimenting has been done[1,2], but, to our best knowledge, there is no paper in the open literature on stresses in interleaved CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) composite specimens. By using an analytical solution of interlaminar stresses based on the boundary-layer theory, we calculated the stress distribution along a hole boundary and that of the edge of laminate in an interleaved composite laminate. Figs. 2, 3 and 4 show such distribution along edge of hole; Figs. 5 and 6 show such distribution on the edge of laminate. These five figures show that interleaf in interleaved composite laminate reduces the peak values of stresses; interlaminar normal stress by about 30% and interlaminar shearing stress by about 20%; moreover the higher the stress concentration, the greater is the reduction.
