【Abstract】 Based on the reseach on the physical conductions and cultural qualities of the human resources,the current problems in attraction,development and management of the human resources in Shaanxi province are discussed in this paper.As a suggestion given herein,in order to attract high quality personnels and give rein to their abilities,the adminitration should change their ideas and concept as the first step.Secondly,a favourable environment should be made through the application of inspiring management,including material, spiritual and payment aspects.更多还原
