【摘要】 目的　探讨平消胶囊抗肿瘤作用的中药药理学基础。方法　研究了平消胶囊小、中、大剂量组 (0 .0 5 ,0 .1 5 ,0 .5 g·kg-1)对寒凝气滞高粘高凝大鼠模型血液流变性的影响和平消胶囊小、中、大剂量组 (0 .0 3 4,0 .1 ,0 .3 g·kg-1)对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。结果　平消胶囊可降低高粘高凝大鼠的血液粘度、血浆粘度和血栓指数 ,使大鼠肠系膜血管扩张血流加速 ,毛细血管开放数增加。结论　平消胶囊具有改善血液流变性和微循环作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the pharmacological foundation of Pingxiao capsules on anticancer. Methods The rats of stagnation of qi and cold, hyperviscosity, hypercoagulability were taken Pingxiao capsules to study the effect of hemorrheology and microcirculation. Results Pingxiao capsules could lower the blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity and thrombus index of rats with stagnation of qi and cold, hyperviscosity, hypercoagulability, dilate blood vessel of mesentery, quicken the blood flow and increase the opening number of blood capillary. Conclusion Pingxiao capsules can improve the characteristics of hemorrheology and microcirculation in rats.更多还原
