【摘要】 目的　探讨补硒对克山病病区居民有关元素水平的影响。方法　给克山病病区 1 3～ 1 5岁居民每日口服硒酵母或亚硒酸钠 2 0 0 μg或普通酵母片 1 2周后 ,测定其血清和红细胞硒含量以及血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁含量。结果　给病区低硒居民补充亚硒酸钠和硒酵母均能明显提高血浆和红细胞硒水平 ,但硒酵母提高血浆和红细胞硒水平作用强于亚硒酸钠 ;补充亚硒酸钠或硒酵母均对病区居民血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁含量无明显影响。结论　补硒可明显提高病区居民血硒水平 ,但硒水平并不影响血清锌、铜、铁、锰、钙和镁元素的含量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of selenium supplements on the trace elements in serum of residents in low Se keshan disease area. Methods Residents in low Se Keshan disease area aged 13～15 years were given orally 200?μg daily sodium selenite or Se yeast. Selenium in serum was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry methed.Results Contents of Se in erythrocytes and plasma were significantly increased after Se supplements and the effect of Se yeast was more apparent than that of sodium selenite in enhancing Se levels of erythrocytes and plasma.But there was no effect on the contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca and Mg in serum.Conclusion The results suggest that changes of Se levels in erythrocytes and plasma after Se supplements have no effects on the contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca and Mg in serum of residents in low Se Keshan disease area.更多还原
