【Abstract】 Using the way of collecting documents and accounting the present situation of our football industries, the article researched and analysed the value functional of the market of football competition, and put forward for discussion some problems of in-equilibrium on keeping the development of football industries of our country, while author bought up to establish a satisfactory football groundwork and a good recurring system.
