【Abstract】 That financial safety is at the core of a country’s economic safety follows from the lifeline role played by finance in a country’s economy. Effective safeguard against financial risks resulting from external destruction is to maintain the autonomy in opening financial market. Explorations on financial safety areas and their fulfiling conditions may help to avoid financial risks resulting from internal factors.
