【Abstract】 In view of the two traditional misconceptions on editors’ knowledge structure,a discussion is made on the influence of professional attainments on journal editors’ abilities in topic selecting and planning,manuscript evaluating,text editing,and orientation manipulating.A particular analysis is made of the necessity of developing journal editors’ professional attainments and its importance to improving journals’ academic quality.更多还原
