最佳脉管长径比优化设计的理论分析及数值模拟
Optimum Design of the Length to Diameter Ratio of the Pulse Tube by Theory and Numerical Simulation
【摘要】 采用数值模拟的方法 ,对脉管制冷机中脉管的一个重要参数———长径比的影响进行了研究 .发现脉管存在一个最佳长径比 ,在该长径比下制冷量最大 .最佳长径比随着结构以及运行参数 (频率等 )的不同而有所变化 .对一台频率为 17Hz的串联脉管制冷机进行计算 ,发现脉管最佳长径比为 9 0 .
【Abstract】 The effect of the length to diameter ratio of a pulse tube on the performance of pulse tube refrigerator (PTR) was studied numerically. It is found that there exists an optimum length to diameter ratio at which the cooling capacity of a PTR is the maximum. The value of the opti-mum ratio varies with structure and operation parameters (such as frequency). For a PTR of conventional structure with a frequency of 17 Hz the optimum ratio is found to be 9.0
