【Abstract】 Through spot coverage and questionnaire investigation is constructed an index system for the evaluation on the value of China’s capital-backed venture firms, including 20 evaluating indexes for four categories such as quality of the managerial level, quality of staff members and workers, product and technology characteristics and market sales capacity.
