【Abstract】 With the analysis of the present situation of the environmental protection industry in China,it is put forward that capital deficient is one of the key factors that hamper the development of the environmental protection industry. In light of the present reform trend of investment and financing mechanism, BOT program is suggested to take advantage of developing the environmental protection industry. The feasibility and significance of using BOT program are explained, some problems related are analyzed.更多还原
