【Abstract】 Through the simultaneous solution of equations of strength, and stability and out of the bending plane, the moment of inertia of a section about its main axis was abtained. With the combination of proportioning the section of a member in flexure and compression by assuming its stenderness ratio, the amount of calculation was greatly reduced and the repeated trials were avoided.更多还原
