半刚性基层材料抗裂性评价方法
Evaluation method for anti-cracking performance of semi-rigid base course
【摘要】 半刚性基层材料由于具有优良的路用性能而常作为沥青路面和水泥混凝土路面的基层 ,其质量好坏会直接影响道路路面的质量和寿命。针对半刚性基层材料常出现的收缩裂缝病害 ,现有的评价指标有干缩系数、温缩系数、干缩抗裂系数、温缩抗裂系数 ,这些系数都只限于应变 ,没有涉及应力。提出了干缩能抗裂系数、温缩能抗裂系数 ,从能量的观点把应力和应变结合起来有效地评价半刚性基层材料抗裂性
【Abstract】 Semi rigid base course is widely used in Chinese super highway for its good character,the performance and life of pavement is influenced by semi rigid base course.Evaluation methods for shrink cracking of semi rigid base course include dry shrink coefficient,temperature shrink coefficient, dry shrink anti cracking coefficient and temperature shrink anti cracking coefficient,these coefficients only respect to strain,not referring to stress.In the paper,dry shrink energy anti cracking coefficient and temperature shrink energy anti cracking coefficient are put forward,which can evaluate anti cracking performance of semi rigid base course very well on base of energy.
