【摘要】 本文在分析国内外风险投资目标评估现状的基础上 ,指出目前的评估模型并没有很好地突出可用来区分国内风险投资与跨国风险投资目标评估之间存在的差异性。由此 ,在强调该差异性的前提下 ,以分析评估指标因素入手 ,提出了跨国风险投资评估模型 ,希望能对跨国风险投资决策者有所启示更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of the current objective evaluation of investment both at home and abroad, this paper expounds that none of the current evaluation models has given prominence to the different characters between native and transnational investment. On emphasizing these differences, the authors propose an evaluation model for transnational investment by analyzing factors of evaluation targets. This paper, as the authors expect, would give an inspiration to the decision-making personnel intending to invest in foreign countries.更多还原
