【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国中小企业如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展,在国民经济和社会经济发展中具有重要地位,起到独特作用。但中小企业在发展中还存在种种困难和障碍,特别是与一些发达国家的中小企业相比,我国中小企业存在着明显的劣势。本文主要从中小企业发展中存在的现状和问题入手,剖析中小企业发展中问题产生的原因,来探讨如何进一步规范和完善中小企业的对策,以促进中小企业健康、快速地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, the small and medium-sized enterprises have mushroomed across the country and they have played an important and indispensable part in economic growth. However, there still exist various kinds of difficulties in their development; especially compared with other small and medium-sized enterprises in the developed countries, ours have obvious drawbacks. This article, beginning with the analysis of present situation and the problems in the small and medium-sized enterprises, tries to explore the causes of these problems. Finally it argues on the measures taken to regulate and perfect the small and medium-sized enterprises so that they can develop smoothly and rapidly.更多还原
