【摘要】 目的 :探讨大肠癌增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)及P16蛋白表达与其病理类型及临床分期的关系。方法 :采用SP法对 46例大肠癌中PCNA和P16蛋白进行免疫组化检测 ,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果 :大肠癌中PCNA以及P16蛋白阳性表达率与正常粘膜相比差异有显著性。PCNA表达与大肠癌的组织学分级、Dukes分期、5年生存率有关。P16蛋白表达与上述三者差异均无显著性。大肠癌PCNA与P16蛋白的表达存在负相关。结论 :PCNA与P16蛋白的表达可作为大肠癌病理类型及临床分期判断有价值的生物学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between p16,PCNAexpression and the histological types and clinicalstages in large intestine carcinomas.Methods:The expression of PCNA and P16 protein was detected immunohistochemically(SP method),and clinical data were analyzed.Results:The positive expression of PCNA and P16 protein is different between large intestine carcinoma and normal mucous membrane .The expression of PCNA was related to histological grade and Dukes stage and 5-year survival rate.The expression of P16 showed no corelation with histological grade,Dukes stage or 5-year survival rate.The expression of P16 has negative relationship with PCNA.Conclusion:PCNA and p16 protein could be useful prognostic indicators for the large intestine carcinomas.
