【Abstract】 The ladybird beetle Delphastus catalinae, originating from North America and introduced into China from UK in 1996, is the important predator of whitefly pests. The reproducing methods of Delphastus catalinae with the whitefly aleurotuberculatus takahashi in the greenhouse were studied. The effect of temperature on developmental rate were investigated, the developmental duration and effective cumulative temperature of each stage and the whole generation, the duration forecast equation of the ladybird beetle were founded in the paper, which offered as an important reference for mass rearing and efficient utilizing of the ladybird beetle.更多还原
