【摘要】 研究治疗风湿性关节炎的外用药物在治疗 Wister大鼠佐剂性关节炎时 ,对大鼠肝脏中微量元素含量的影响。方法 :采用对照法 ,用药 3 1 d后用原子吸收分光光度法测定了各组大鼠肝脏中微量元素的含量。结果 :外用药物的使用不能使大鼠肝脏中微量元素的含量增加。结论 :在治疗风湿性关节炎时可通过其他途径适量补充微量元素以期提高治疗效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:We investigated relationship between the contents of trace elements in liver and treating rheumarthritis medicines for extrnal use in treating arthritis of Wistar rats.Method:Using method by contrast treated arthritis of Wistar rats for 21 days,We determined the contents of trace elements in liver of every groups Wistar rats by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).Result:We found that medicines for external use couldn’t increase the contents of the trace elements in liver of Wistar rats.Conlusion:The results suggested that replenishe a moderate amount of trace elements by other ways will help improve the therapeatic effects.更多还原
