【Abstract】 The achievement of English teaching and learning in China is quite controversial. The fact that the Chinese overseas students can communicate freely with foreigners in English within one or two years in English-speaking countries, makes quite disappointed many students at home who have learned English for ten or more years, but still cannot express themselves very well. What really makes the difference here, though there are many other factors, is the social and cultural environment of language learning. With the rapid development of information technology, we can use the information technology to create the vivid scene of English learning.
