【Abstract】 Honesty and credit are the traditional virtues of China, which also played an active role in Chinese history. Nowadays, the society strongly calls the return of honesty and credit. The virtues of honesty and credit are the necessity of setting up standard and civilized order of market economy. They are important invisible assets in modern market economy. They are also an important factor for the existence and development of enterprises.
