【摘要】 目的 :探讨补肾益气活血汤在多次助孕技术失败患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法 :2 6例多次助孕技术失败患者经中药治疗后再行体外授精 胚胎移植治疗 ,观察治疗前后的促性腺激素用量 ,胚胎移植当天血雌孕激素水平 ,子宫动脉搏动指数及阻力指数 ,子宫内膜的厚度 ,胚胎质量及妊娠率等指标。结果 :促性腺激素用量 ,雌孕激素水平治疗前后无显著性差异 ,子宫内膜厚度治疗后比治疗前明显增厚 ,子宫动脉搏动指数和阻力指数也有明显改善 ,治疗后着床率及临床妊娠率分别为 8.1 %及 1 7.4%。结论 :补肾活血汤在多次助孕技术失败患者的治疗中有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate clinic effect of Bushenghuoxuetan(BSHX T) to patients under many fail in assisted reproductive technology.Method: 26 cases under many fail in assisted reproductive techno logy were treated with BSHXT following IVF ET.Gonadotropic hormone many,plasma lever of estradiol and Progestion,uterine arteria Plusatility Index(PI),Resistan ce Index(RI),endometrial thickness,embryo quality and pregnancy rates were obser ved.Results: Gonadotropic hormone many,plasma estradiol and Progesti on were no significant different between after treatment and that before.Endomet rial thickness is significant thicker after treatment than that before;PI and RI were obviously improved;Implantation rate and pregnancy rate were 8.1% and 17.4 % after treatment.Conclusion: BSHXT has positive influence in treatment of patients under many fail in assisted reproductive technology.更多还原
