背越式跳高教学训练手段的定量分析

【摘要】 为了探索背越式跳高常用教学训练手段与实现教学目标之间的关系 ,运用文献资料法、专家咨询、模糊数学等方法对现有教学训练手段进行模糊综合评价及模糊聚类分析。结果表明 :现有的背越式跳高教学手段只注意了助跑、起跳 ,对过竿与落垫两个技术环节重视不够 ;对实现教学目标影响较大的教学训练手段有完整的背越式跳高技术练习、4步助跑过竿练习、全程助跑起跳跳高架练习和 4步助跑跳高垫练习。模糊聚类分析也证明 ,筛选的 16种教学训练手段可分为上述 4类

【Abstract】 In order to find out the relationship between regular training methods of Fosbury flop and the teaching objectives,the author made a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation and fussy correlative analyses of the training methods through documentation,expert investigation and fussy mathematics. The result showed that the contemporary teaching methods only focus on approach run and take off with not enough attention to bar clearance and landing. Factors influencing teaching objectives included technical exercises of complete Fosbury flop,four step approach run bar clearance exercises,whole route approach jumping stand exercises and four step approach jumping cushion exercises. The fussy correlative analyses also proved that the 16 training methods picked out could be classified into the four kinds.
