【Abstract】 The two harms(unfairness and unhealthiness) brought by dope attract much attention of people. The consciousness and strategy against dope have gradually formed. But currently the fight against dope cannot eliminate the two harms. The fight should go beyond the simple patterns of forbidding,checking up and penalty,and be defined and standardized from theory, ethics and law. The fight against dope depends on science and law,therefore we can solve the unfair and unhealthy problems brought by dope completely based on law,ethics and medicine.更多还原
