【摘要】 使用夹层培养基法 ,将乳酸菌接种于MRS琼脂与PDA琼脂之间 ,在PDA表面涂布一定量的霉菌孢子 ,2 8℃培养 72小时后 ,计数霉菌菌落 ,即可初步判定乳酸菌是否对霉菌孢子有抑制作用。经多次重复试验 ,与目前常用方法相结合 ,可较快筛选出对黄曲霉生长有抑制作用的乳酸菌更多还原

【Abstract】 A simple and rapid method for screening of Lactic acid bacteria with high inhibitory power is developed. The methodology employed was the agar-diffusion assay, which was standardized for medium composition, and incubation conditions. The assay was composed of two layers of medium, MRS agar at the bottom of plate, PDA at the top of MRS agar. Lactic acid bacteria culture was inoculated to the media between MRS and PDA, then a known number of mold spores was surface plated on PDA plates, and incubated at 25℃ for 72h.更多还原
