【Abstract】 A fragment of about 800bp was amplified from genome DNA of Staphylococcus aureus using PCR technique. The fragment was then cloned into pUC19 T vector and subsequently transformed into E.coli DH5α. The sequencing result demonstrated that the cloned DNA fragment is SEA gene. It is an ORF of 774bp including signal peptide encoding region, and it has the same sequence as described in literature.\;更多还原
