芒果褐色蒂腐病菌(Phomopsis mangiferae)生物学特性研究
BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PATHOGEN OF MANGO BROWM STEM-END ROT (Phomosis mangiferae)
【摘要】 从广西芒果病区分离出芒果褐色蒂腐病菌 (Phomopsismangiferae) ,对其生物学特性进行的研究结果表明 ,该病菌的最适生长温度为 2 5~ 31℃ ;最适生长 pH值为 6 .0~ 6 .5 ;不同光环境对分生孢子器形成的影响较大 ,其中黑光最利于分生孢子器的形成 ;多菌灵对该病菌的室内抑制作用最强
【Abstract】 Pathogen of mango brown stem-end rot (Phomosis mangiferae) was isolated from access area of the disease in Guangxi and studied. Its suitable temperature and pH for growth are 25~31℃ and 6~6.5 respectively. Different conditions of light play fairly effect on the forming of pycnidia. Black light is favorable for pycnidia formation; testing with carbendazol in vitro has strong inhibition against the pathogen.
