【摘要】 目的:掌握家蝇抗性动态变化,指导合理用药;方法:点滴法;结果:溴氰菊酯LD₅₀为0.019 4μg/只（雌虫）,R/S为2.33倍,氯菊酯LD₅₀0.143 0μg/只（雌虫）,R/S为24.66倍,敌敌畏LD₅₀为0.272 4μg/只（雌虫）,R/S为23.89倍;结论:溴氰菊酯、氯菊酣、敌敌畏已产生较高抗性,在一定时期内应停止或轮换应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out the dynamic changes of the resistance of house fly, and direct insecticide to he used rationally. Methods: Drip drop method. Results: The ID50 of deltamethrin was 0.019 4, and the R/S was 2.33. The LD50 of perme-thrin was 0.143 0,and the R/S was 24.66.The LD50 of DDVP was 0.272 4, and the R/S was 23.89. Conclusion: The housefly has high resistance to deltamethrin,permethrin and DDVP.Thus they should he stopped from being used for a period of time or he used alternately.更多还原
