【Abstract】 The coming of knowledge era will have complicated and profound effects on the international politics.on the one hand, the content and form of concepts and categories, for exmple, the traditional state sovereighty, security, war, international competition, synthetical national power, geopolitics, etc, will have a corresponding change.
