【Abstract】 Medical system were reforming greatly in the city recently. On one hand, the reforms of medical insurance system affected the demands, expenditures and competition in health services, on the other hand, the reforms, such as classified management in medical institution, payment and income in medicine, price compensation system and so on, affected the hospitals also.
