【摘要】 目的　探讨临床胃腺癌浸润转移与肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡的关系及癌浸润转移的可能机制。方法　采用免疫组化S P法检测 59例人胃腺癌中Fas和PCNA的表达。结果　 (1 )Fas和PCNA与分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关 ;(2 )Fas阳性表达片数为 42 4% ,PCNAⅠ～Ⅱ级和Ⅲ～Ⅳ级阳性片数分别为 8 5 %和 33 9% ,两者表达呈负相关 (P <0 0 1 )。结论　 (1 )胃腺癌的发展是肿瘤细胞不断增殖和肿瘤细胞凋亡抑制的结果。 (2 )Fas和PCNA分别反映了胃癌细胞凋亡和增殖的情况 ,可能对临床治疗和预后有提示意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between clinical gastric adenocarcinoma \%invasion and metastasis \% and tumor cells \%proliferation and apoptosis\%,and to explore the possible mechanism of cancer invasion and metastasis.Methods The expressions of Fas and PCNA were investigated in 59 cases of human primary gastric adenocarcinoma by using S\|P immunohistochemical staining.Results (1)The expressions of Fas and PCNA were correlated with tumor differentiation,invasion and metastasis.(2)The amount of Fas positive expression is 42\^4%,and the amount of PCNA positive Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade and Ⅲ～Ⅳ grade is 8\^5% and 33\^9%,respectively.There was a striking association between Fas expression and PCNA expression(\%P\%<0\^01).Conclusion (1)The development(invasion and metastasis)of gastric adenocarcinoma was a result of tumor cells proliferation and suppression of tumor cellular apoptosis.(2)The expression of Fas and PCNA could reflect the apoptosis and proliferative activity of gastric tumor cells respectively,and might be considered as prognostic indicators in pituitary adenomas.更多还原
