高强轻集料混凝土分层离析控制技术的研究
Research on control technology of segregation of high strength lightweight aggregate concrete
【摘要】 针对轻集料混凝土易分层离析的特点 ,采用掺加高效减水剂、矿物掺和料、调整砂率、掺入有机纤维和控制轻集料粒径等技术措施有效防止了轻集料混凝土的分层离析 ,建立了高强轻集料混凝土的工作性能评价体系 ,配制出工作性能好 ,易泵送的CL4 0 -CL6 0高强轻集料混凝土
【Abstract】 In light of the behavior of easily segregating of the lightweight aggregate concrete, The problem of the light_weight concrete has been resolved successfully through the superplasticizer, mineral admixtures and fibers, and regulating sand quantity. The evaluation system of lightweight concrete workability was established; and good workability for the lightweight concrete CL40_CL60 was designed.
