多目标模糊优选理论在水利工程评标中的应用
Application of multi-objective fuzzy optimization theory to tendering assessment of hydraulic projects
【摘要】 将层次分析法 (AHP)和多目标模糊优选理论相结合 ,建立水利工程评标模型 .运用层次分析法建立指标层次模型 ,确定指标权重 ,并在此基础上 ,使用多目标模糊优选理论 ,引入相对隶属度概念 ,求解各方案最优相对隶属度 ,以确定最佳方案 ,并通过具体实例说明了该模型的实际应用
【Abstract】 The analytical hierarchy process(AHP) is in combination with the theory of multi_objective fuzzy optimization to set up a model of tendering assessment of hydraulic projects. AHP is used to establish the model of index hierarchy and get the weight of every index. Based on it, the theory of multi_objective fuzzy optimization and the conception of relative membership degree are introduced to find out optimal relative membership degree, and then to confirm the optimal project. Finally, a material example is showed.
