【Abstract】 In conjunction with Australian Red Cross,Yunnan Red Cross has developed Youth Peer Educationl Project on HIV/AIDS Prevention & Control. The project has processed several stages, and now it is in the forth stage-outreach stage, which means that Yunnan Red Cross extends the project to various population by itself or in cooperation with other international and national agencies.
